My good friend from Kansas, Marlin Stramel. Asked me if i could design a logo for a council he leads that advocates the use of wind turbines as a source of renewable energy. Their group is called Northwest Kansas Regional Energy Collaborative. It was a great honor to do a logo that advocates a good cause. It was also an excellent break from the daily rigors of advertising. I really enjoyed the process of making this logo. It was fairly easy, since Marlin had a clear vision of what it should be. I merely penned what he envisioned. It was a wonderful collaboration.
