A few weeks ago i got a great deal on some running shoes, it was a perfect motivation to get me doing a bit more activity this year and try to be healthier.
Every morning, at 4:45am i wake up and start my jog by 5:00am. Luckily i live near Rockwell, it is a good place to jog. I really enjoy running. It definitely clears your mind. It also teaches you discipline and endurance. When i first started running i couldn't even do one continuous lap around Rockwell, now i could do a couple. I'm not after speed, more of distance. I plan to run a marathon this year. Hopefully by March i can feel fit enough to participate.
Anyhoot. I'm just happy that i have something to keep fit and that i enjoy.
