Also last September i was able to come back to Bulacan State University, my alma mater and give a workshop to Fine Arts students. I gave a crash course on advertising, specifically art direction and gave tips on how to get into the industry.
Standing in front of wide eyed student's was initially nerve-racking. So i just kept in mind what a good friend told me before my workshop and that was to be humble and do my best to help those kids learn a thing or two. The workshop turned out really well. I'm happy to see the excitement and the twinkle of hope in those kid's eyes. I hope to see a lot of them in advertising soon.
