Recently, I noticed that I have an excess of online accounts. I had
several galleries for my graphic work and artworks, a few sites for my profile
and information and a couple of unnecessary online memberships. I initially
intended to have a high internet presence, maybe that’s how those accounts
grew. Now I see that I really don’t need too many accounts. So I have already closed
down a couple and is in the process of asking a few other sites to close down
my account. Since some doesn’t give you an option to close them automatically –
which I find very restrictive and uncooperative of the site. Anyhoot, to the
sites I had closed down there is really nothing wrong with them. I appreciate
the time I spent there and the service and cooperation they had rendered. I
just feel that now I need my online presence to be concise and focused.
